Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items (subject to availability).

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24–48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

Certain items (e.g., personal use products) may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
